Postnatal Series
A series for baby and mama. Bring your new babe along to rebuild strength and confidence in your post baby body. We will focus on exercises designed to help rebuild core strength and connection, but gentle enough for this special (perhaps sleepless) chapter.
Babies can be in carriers, bound to your body, or held on the platform. That said, this is a workout for you, and not "mom and baby", so designed for babies who are not yet on the move, or who are reliable stroller sleepers!
*Mamas must be cleared by your doctor for movement.

Prenatal
Designed specifically for expecting mamas looking to stay strong and balanced throughout their pregnancy this series combines the benefits of Lagree, a low-impact, high-intensity workout, BUT with modifications tailored to your needs during this transformative time. 🤰🏻
Whether you’re in your first or third trimester, our prenatal series provides a safe, supportive (and fun) environment where you can build muscular endurance, core strength and increase mobility.

pltfrm + HeLa Collab
Join pltfrm & HeLa (yes you heard that right) for our collaboration event - a preFORM class (all ass and abs - aka the money makers), followed by a rejuvenating IV therapy session with the HeLa team.
Choose ONE of TWO IV Options:
Option 1: NRG
This IV drip provides the necessary vitamins and minerals to maintain adequate energy levels. Class Description:
Focus on the money makers; ass & abs. A strong core and glutes are at the foundation of good posture, injury prevention, functional strength, and just generally feeling good. The perky results are just a perk. *This class is our “leveled up” offering. Expect a little extra challenge offered through a greater focus on exercises done at the back platform.

Gold Series - Lagree for 60+
Our Gold Series is a 6-week program designed specifically for those 60+ (yes lagree is for YOU too) who want all the benefits of Lagree -strength, balance, muscular endurance, and mobility - in a way that honors and supports the needs of more mature bodies.
Unlike our regular group classes, this series moves at a slower pace with smoother transitions, added modifications, and extra support, so you can feel confident and in control every step of the way. Expect low-impact, joint-friendly movements that build strength without strain, helping to improve posture, core stability, and mobility.
