Lagree is a low impact high intensity workout that uses slow controlled movement, time under tension, and work through your full range of motion to build long, lean and strong muscles.

We have two Special offerings for new members:

Energy Exchange Program

We know some of you want to try out Lagree, but yeah, sometimes the budget says, “maybe not.”
No stress, we’ve got you. If you’ve got a little extra time and want in, our Energy Exchange Program lets you trade some help around the studio for a weekly Lagree class.
