Lagree Level 1 Training is an immersive, two-weekend certification designed to push your understanding, and your limits. You’ll dive deep into the foundations of the Lagree method, get fluent on the Megapro, and learn the essential movements that make this workout so effective.
Guided by Pltfrm’s experienced trainers, this program blends solid theory with hands-on practice, so you don’t just know Lagree—you know how to teach it. By the end of the training, you’ll walk away with your Level One Lagree Certification, plus the opportunity to complete a practical exam and potentially teach at Pltfrm.
This training covers everything from the Lagree method itself to how to confidently lead, cue, and motivate clients. Expect high-energy, low-impact, full-body work that mixes strength training with Zone 2 cardio. You’ll shake, you’ll sweat, and yes—you’ll probably get hooked.
